Does Los Angeles Superstore offer gift cards?

At this time Los Angeles Superstore does not offer or accept any gift cards. We may look into doing so in the future.

Does Los Angeles Superstore ship internationally?

Los Angeles Superstore currently ships domestically to the United States. In the future we may open up to international sales, but for now domestic orders are our priority.

Does Los Angeles Superstore offer free shipping?

There are 11 states that receive free shipping all the time for all items that we sell no matter what it is.

For the rest of the country, they will find that 99 percent of our offers come with free shipping, but there will be a few items that have a small shipping fee. These shipping fees are very low.

Also, every customer no matter where they are located may guarantee themselves free shipping by maintaining a minimum order. For all information about free shipping please read our Shipping and Delivery page.

Will you ship to my P.O. Box address?

Yes we will. P.O. Box address will not be a problem for most orders. Please note that there are instances when we will not be able to ship to a P.O. Box. When this happens, we immediately contact the customer to get a physical address.

The reason for this is always due to the carriers inability to deliver to a P.O. Box. For example, there are certain situations when UPS and Fed Ex are not allowed to deliver to a P.O. Box. This is more often than not because of a large package. Again, we will contact you if there ever was an issue. This problem is very rare.

How long does it take for Los Angeles Superstore to ship my order out?

Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving your order.. Orders that come in before our daily 2PM (PST) deadline are generally shipped out that same very day. Orders that come in after our deadline will go out the next day. These rules are not set in stone and there are exceptions. Occasionally an order may take a few days to ship out for various reasons. When this happens we will update you.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all of the major shipping carriers such as the USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex to ship out packages. We also sometimes use other carriers such as regional carriers. You will be provided with your carrier and any tracking information with your order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally 3 to 5 days from the time we ship your order, but in actuality you will usually receive your orders before that time frame. Many times our customers receive their orders within 1- to 3 days.
